This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which Purificationvita provides refunds and cancellations for active break program subscriptions and related services purchased through purificationvita.world.

Subscription Services

Our active break program plans are delivered as digital subscription services. Because access to digital content begins immediately upon purchase, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances described below.

14-Day Evaluation Period

New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if they have not substantially used the platform (defined as fewer than 10 completed sessions across the organization). To request a refund during this period, contact us with your account details.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period ends
  • Partial refunds for unused time within a billing period are not provided unless required by applicable law

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Price differences are not refunded for the current billing period.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review the transaction and issue a correction or refund if a billing error is confirmed.

Service Interruptions

If our platform experiences extended downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, affected subscribers may request a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund or cancellation request, contact us with the following information:

  • Account email address
  • Order or subscription reference number
  • Reason for the request

Refund requests are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
